Master Automotive Service Technician

Seeking full-time modified flat rate automotive repair technicians for our family-owned and employee-oriented shops. We are looking for individuals with basic automotive repair knowledge who are eager to start immediately. Experience-based pay ranges from $30-75 per hour, and we offer PTO and health insurance options. On-site training and continuing education opportunities are also available.

Duties Include:

- Conducting inspections and testing of automotive electrical systems.

- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues with vehicles.

- Performing routine automotive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements with our Clients best interest first.

- Perform a Digital Vehicle Inspection on each car that you work on to update our customer's on the status of their vehicle.

- Keeping accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.

- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions.

Experience & Skills:

- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role.

- Preferably at least two current ASE certifications.

- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems.

- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing vehicles is preferred.

- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems is a plus.

- Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
