During the 1000 mile trip to Savannah our vehicle developed some issues. The team at Station One Savannah were professional and courteous listening to my description of the issue. They were able to run diagnostics identifying the problem and had a plan for repair in the first 30 minutes. We opted to have them repair the vehicle, which they did, ahead of their estimated time. They could easily have pushed me off to another day or claimed to be too busy. The cost was within norms for the job, they performed a general inspection on the vehicle and we’re prompt with their communication with us. Would certainly recommend. Thanks guys. PS: The car made it home with no issues.

No complaints! They got right to my vehicle and my claim was approved with no issues. I originally took it to Volkswagen in savannah and my car sat there for a month and 10 days with nothing done. I recommend station 1 over them ANYDAY! I also got quoted a cheaper out of pocket cost. Harrison has been my tech and he’s awesome with communication and getting things squared away. I appreciate the help so much from them!

I mostly maintain my cars myself. My wife’s van had a vacuum leak in the induction system triggering the check engine light that I couldn’t find without a diagnostic smoke machine. Station One offers diagnostic services including a smoke machine. For $99 they found the leak in 30 minutes and gave me an estimate for repairs. I chose to do the repair myself. Great service for the DIY inclined.
