Terms and Conditions

STATION ONE TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Estimates

Estimates are provided as a good faith projection of expected costs based on information available at the time. Final costs may vary depending on diagnostic results, additional issues discovered during repair, or parts availability. No work will be performed without customer authorization.  Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Parts pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Verbal or phone estimates are approximate only. The written estimate or approved repair order is the only binding version of the cost estimate. Station One is not responsible for misunderstandings arising from verbal or text-based communication. If additional repairs are found necessary, the customer will be contacted for approval before work continues.

2. Invoices and Payment

Payment is due in full upon completion of services. Station One does not offer refunds on parts or labor. Unpaid balances may accrue storage or late fees after five (5) days. Vehicles will not be released until all charges are paid in full. Returned checks or failed payments will incur applicable fees.

3. Authorization to Operate Vehicle

By signing or approving an estimate or repair order, the customer authorizes Station One and its employees to operate, move, and test drive the vehicle as necessary for diagnostic, repair, and quality verification purposes before, during, and after service. Station One is not responsible for mechanical failures or issues that occur during testing if they are unrelated to the repairs performed.

4. Warranty Information

All repairs performed by Station One are backed by a nationwide warranty, whichever comes first. Warranty coverage applies only to parts and labor provided by Station One. Damage or failure due to neglect, abuse, misuse, modification, or subsequent repairs by another facility will void this warranty.

For warranty claims:

  • If you are within 25 miles of Station One, you must return your vehicle to our facility for inspection and warranty work.
  • If you are more than 25 miles away, contact the warranty partner.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for promptly reporting any warranty concerns or service issues. Customers must retain their invoice for warranty validation. Station One is not liable for loss of personal items left in the vehicle or damage caused by external factors such as weather, theft,

or third-party negligence. Vehicles left more than 5 business days after completion may be charged a daily storage fee. Vehicles left more than 30 days after completion without payment or pickup may be considered abandoned and subject to sale under state law.

6. Parts, Diagnostics, and Repairs

All replaced parts become the property of Station One unless the customer requests them at the time of drop-off. Diagnostic charges apply to time spent identifying the cause of a concern, regardless of whether repairs are approved. Used, customer-supplied, or non-OEM parts are

installed at the customer’s own risk and are not covered under any warranty. Station One is not responsible for repairs declined by the customer.

7. Disclaimer

Station One is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from vehicle failure, repair delays, or defective parts. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable and do not guarantee a specific repair outcome. Station One reserves the right to decline or discontinue service for any reason.
