How to Use Your Warranty

If you are within 25 miles of the original Station One location, return to us for inspection and warranty service. If you are more than 25 miles away, contact the warranty partner before authorizing repairs. Please keep your original invoice, as it is required for warranty validation.

Warranty coverage applies to qualifying parts and labor provided by Station One. Damage caused by neglect, abuse, misuse, modification, or repairs performed elsewhere without proper authorization may not be covered.
